Proposal: Hello Investor I am fortunate enough to live in Perth Western Australia which is one of the wealthiest places in the world and has the most expensive property in Australia as a result of one of the biggest resources boom's recorded in history. At present a niche exists in a very rewarding industry. The wedding industry especially in the Genration "Y" bracket has developed and has been accomodated with an influx of custom designed limousines. In Perth we have 1x existing company offering Early 1980 model Ferrari's for the use of getting grooms to churches etc and for unique photo's for the happy couple. What I am presenting here is an opportunity to hit this market with a fleet of late model exotic vehicles to enter this very rewarding market and offer our customers a unique experience for their special day. Other major capital cities offer the same service in areas such as Sydney, Melbourne etc but at present we have nothing available to cater for this need. One of the obvious barriers to entry will be the cost of maintaing these vehicles. This area is covered for you as I run a mechanical repair business that will take care of the maintanence of these vehicles. I am able to start this business off my own back and can slowly build a profitable entity and re-invest in other vehicles in the long term but I am looking for investors to enter the market in a big way and take advantage of this opportunity before we have any competitors.
